摘要
水玻璃耐水性问题是其在防腐领域的应用瓶颈,通过自制防水固化剂提高了涂层耐水性。实验结果表明水玻璃涂层的耐水性、硬度、水玻璃浆料的粘度均随着固化剂的加入量的增大而增大。研究结果对我国给排水工程的发展具有参考意义。
The water resistance problem of water glass is a bottleneck for its application in the field of corrosion protection. In this paper, self-made waterproof curing agent was used to improve the water resistance of the water glass coating. Experimental results show that the water resistance, coating hardness, slurry viscosity of sodium silicate water glass increase with the increase of the added amount of the curing agent. The research results have reference value to the development of water supply and drainage projects.
