摘要
采用浸渍法制备镍系催化剂,应用于1,4-丁二醇生产过程中副产物环状缩醛2-(4′-羟基丁氧基)-四氢呋喃的加氢转化工艺,在小型固定床加氢装置上分别考察了催化剂中活性组分镍含量和催化剂焙烧温度对加氢性能的影响。800 h运转实验结果表明,催化剂中活性金属镍含量在30%左右、催化剂焙烧温度为基准时催化剂具有较好的加氢活性、选择性和稳定性,同时,催化剂有较好的抗水性能。
According to the hydroconversion process of cyclic acetal 2-(4 '- hydroxy butoxy) – tetrahydrofuran in 1,4-butanediol production, Ni-based acetal hydrogenation catalyst was prepared with the impregnation method. The effect of nickel content and calcination temperature on catalyst performance was studied in the small fixed bed hydrogenation unit. The results of 800-hour running experiment show that, when the nickel content is about 30%,and the catalyst calcination temperature is the benchmark, prepared catalyst has good hydrogenation activity, selectivity, stability and water resistance.
