乙丙丁三元共聚聚丙烯乙烯含量标准物质研制样品的评价

Evaluation on Developed Samples as Standard Material for Ethylene Content of 1-Butene-ethylene-propylene Terpolymer

对新加坡TPC公司生产的乙丙丁三元共聚聚丙烯FS5612,依据Basell公司提供的检测方法进行了乙烯含量均匀性检验。方差统计结果表明:乙丙丁三元共聚聚丙烯FS5612的乙烯含量均匀性检验的统计量F值为0.87,小于临界值2.31,说明乙烯含量均匀。样品经过1年的稳定性考察,t统计值小于t_(0.05)(n-1)临界值4.30,说明该样品乙烯含量1年内没有明显变化,样品稳定,满足乙烯含量标准物质研制的要求。

The uniformity on ethylene content of 1-butene-ethylene-propylene terpolymer FS5612 of Singapore TPC Company was tested with the analytical method provided by Basell Company. The analysis results of variance indicate that statistic value F of the uniformity on ethylene content is 0.87, lower than that critical value 2.31, which shows that the ethylene content of 1-butene-ethylene-propylene terpolymer samples is uniformity; The statistic value of stability investigation of sample after one year is lower than critical value 4.30, and the ethylene content hasn＇t changed significantly in this one year, which shows the sample is stability. Therefore, the uniformity and stability of the ethylene content of the batch sample can meet the requirements of research on ethylene content reference materials.
