摘要
电脱水是目前联合站常用的脱水手段,在油田得到了广泛的应用与关注。通过室内模拟乳状液的制备以及相应的脱水实验,考察了电场类型以及含水率对火驱采出液脱水效果的影响规律,明确了电压大小对乳状液脱水率的影响情况,给出了适宜且经济的脱水电压值。并在了解含水率对乳状液脱水影响规律的基础上,针对目前常用的二段式脱水流程,给出了进入二段电脱水装置乳状液的合理含水率范围。
Electric dehydration is one of common methods for dehydration station, and has been widely used in oilfields. Through indoor preparation of simulated emulsion and the corresponding dehydration experiment, effect of electric field type and moisture content on fire flooding produced liquid dehydration was investigated as well as effect of the voltage on the emulsion dehydration rate. Suitable voltage value for the dehydration was determined. And after understanding effect of moisture content on emulsion dehydration, in view of the present commonly used 2-phase dehydration process, reasonable range of moisture content in emulsion entering into the second stage of electric dehydration device was determined.
