摘要
具有光活性的二茂铁基功能材料以其独特的结构和性质而备受关注。光活性二茂铁衍生物是光动力疗法(Photodynamic Therapy,PDT)治疗癌症的主要成分,因其在杀死癌细胞的同时对机体毒害小,选择性好,可重复治疗等优点备受关注。含有共轭体系的二茂铁衍生物易发生非对称极化,表现出很大的非线性光学(nonlinear optics,NLO)光学响应,是优秀的光电学材料。综述了光活性二茂铁衍生物在PDT和非线性光学中的最新研究进展,并对研究方向进行了展望。
As the functional material, photoactive ferrocene derivatives have attracted a lot of attention because of unique structure and nature. Ferrocene derivatives with optical activity are the main ingredient in PDT to treat cancer, because of its small poison while killing cancer cells of the body, good selectivity,repeatable treatment, and so on.Ferrocene derivatives containing conjugated system easily form asymmetric polarization, show large NLO optics response, so they are excellent photoelectric materials. In this paper, the latest research progress of photoactive ferrocene derivatives in the PDT and nonlinear optics was reviewed, and their research trend in future was forecasted.
