摘要
通过60 L压力容器P-t曲线测试、火焰测试、残渣分析、燃烧室高温压力测试等实验研究表明:过滤网密度增加,则发生器最大压力降低、喷出火焰和残渣量减少;过滤网针数增加,则发生器的安全性能下降。借助冷却过滤层和火焰消除器方面的研究成果,对发生器过滤网冷却和消焰机理进行了分析,并解释了过滤网针数和发生器安全性的内在关系。
Experimental study including 60 L tank P-t curve test, flaming test, particulate analysis and internal pressure test at +85℃was carried out. The results show that, with increasing of the filter density, the inflator's maximum pressure decreases, the flame and residues reduce; in additional, with increasing of filter needle number, the inflator's safety factor decreases. Based on the research results of cooling filter layer and the flame arresters, mechanisms of cooling gas and eliminating flame of the inflator filter were analyzed, and the relationship between filter needle number and inflator safety was discussed.
