摘要
系统地阐述了蒸汽干度的特性,介绍了注汽锅炉蒸汽干度控制系统实现实时控制蒸汽干度奠定了基础。分析了注汽锅炉蒸汽干度控制系统的控制要求和控制难点,并根据系统自身的特点提出了基于预测函数控制算法的注汽锅炉蒸汽干度控制系统的具体设计方案。该方案以预测函数控制器为设计核心,在VB中实现预测函数控制算法,然后利用DDE通讯实现VB和组态王的数据交换,避免了预测函数控制算法在PLC和组态软件中编程难的问题。设计了注汽锅炉蒸汽干度远程无线监控系统,使工作人员同时远程监控每个注汽锅炉的工作状态,特别是实现生产需要的各种数据报表的查询和记录等,可提高了工作人员的工作效率。
The characteristics of the steam dryness were introduced, how to realize real-time control of the steam dryness in the steam-injection boiler by the steam dryness control system was discussed. At the same time, control requirements and control difficulties of the steam dryness control system were analyzed. According to the characteristics of the system, the specific design proposal of the steam dryness control system was proposed based on predictive functional control algorithm. The program took the predictive function controller as core and achieved predictive function algorithm in VB, then data exchange between VB and configuration software was realized by DDE communication to avoid the problem that programming predictive functional control algorithm was difficult in the PLC and configuration software. Simultaneously, the wellhead steam dryness remote wireless monitoring system was designed in order to remotely monitor the working status of each steam-injection boiler and achieve the query and record of the various data, which could improve the work efficiency.
