摘要 在职业教育的各类教学环境当中,实训教学环境的发展与变化最为迅速。近年来,伴随着各种新技术的应用,虚实融合的实训环境正在成为一种重要的教学环境类型。该文以虚实融合数控模具加工环境为背景开展了实训活动的初步研究,发现该类实训环境具有明确的支持教学作用,并且存在"时点效应",即应用于校内认知性与验证性的实训以及熟练员工能力提升的培训时效果较好。进行该类教学活动必须进行整体与合理的设计,把虚实融合环境下的实训作为节点嵌入教学活动链中,使得活动与环境协同,充分发挥教学环境的作用,取得更好的教学效果。 Practice training environment has the most rapid change and development compared to other kinds of teaching environment in vocational education. In recent years, practice training in virtual-reality fusion environment is becoming an important type of teaching environment with the application of many new technologies. This study focuses on the practice training of numerical control processing in virtual-reality fusion environment, demonstrates that such kind of teaching environment has a definite support on teaching. The effect is obvious at the time when it is applied in teaching, and it's better in the cognitive and experimental practical training and the training of improving skilled employees. The teaching activities in such environment should be designed integrally and reasonably. The practice training in virtual-reality fusion environment should be implanted as a part in teaching process to harmonize the activities and the environment so that such teaching environment can be utilized completely to gain a better result of practice training.
