摘要
幼儿教师"国培计划"对农村幼儿教育具有示范引领和促进改革的重要意义。自2011年起,徐州幼儿师范高等专科学校连续五年承办"国培计划"幼儿园骨干教师示范性培训项目,在培训成果转化方面取得可喜成果。该文探讨了幼儿教师"国培计划"培训成果转化的必要性,并针对幼儿教师培训成果转化存在的问题,结合徐州幼专培训成果转化的实践经验,通过分析培训绩效曲线图及培训迁移模型,围绕培训迁移动机、培训迁移气氛等几个维度,提出促进幼儿园教师培训成果转化的相应策略。
"National Training Program" for Preschool Teachers aims to play a significant role of demonstration and guide, the offer of timely assistance, and promoting reform in the development of early childhood education in rural district. Since 2011, Xuzhou Kindergarten Teachers College has been undertaken "National Training Program"—nursery backbone teachers demonstration training program for consecutive five years, which has made great achievements in the transformation of training achievement. This thesis explores the necessity in the transformation of training achievement from "National Training Program" for Preschool Teachers, and puts forward the relevant transformation strategy of kindergarten teachers' training achievement in view of existence problems in the transformation of training achievement, through the combination of the experience from the transformation of training achievement in Xuzhou Kindergarten Teachers College and the analysis of training performance graph and training migration model revolving around the dimensions of teachers' training migration motivation and training migration atmosphere.
