摘要
为了研究营养限制对妊娠后期多胎策勒黑羊胎儿生长发育的影响,试验选择经同期发情受孕、妊娠90天时的健康策勒黑羊18只,设置0.175 MJ/(kg W0.75·d)组(G1组)、0.330 MJ/(kg W0.75·d)组(G2组)以及自由采食对照组(G组)3个营养水平组,进行不同营养水平限制饲养,测定羔羊平均初生重、平均日增重及各项脏器生长指标。结果表明:G1、G2组羔羊初生重和胎儿期平均日增重显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);G1组初生羔羊体长、胸围、胴体重、肺脏重、脾脏重、肝脏重及皱胃重显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),G2组初生羔羊体长、胴体重、肺脏重、脾脏重显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);G1、G2组的其他多数组织器官重均有降低的趋势。说明对妊娠后期策勒黑羊采取营养限制措施可影响胎儿的生长发育,其中低营养组受影响程度较大。
To study the effects of nutritional restrictions on fetal growth and development in muhifetal Cele black sheep during late pregnancy, 18 healthy Cele black ewes on estrus synchronization and conception were selected at 90 d of pregnancy. Three treatment groups of nutritional levels were set up to restrict breeding with different nutritional levels, including 0. 175 MJ / ( kgW0.75 d) ( G1 ) group, 0. 330 MJ / ( kgW0.75 d) (G2) group and ad libitum control group (G) group. The birth weight, average daily weight gain as well as growth indexes of visceral organs in Iambs were determined, respectively. The results showed that the average birth weight and average daily weight gain of fetal period of the lambs in the G1 and G2 groups were significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) than those in the G group. The body length, heart girth, carcass weight, lung weight, spleen weight, liver weight and abomasum weight of primary lambs in the G1 group were significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) than those in the G group. The body length, carcass weight, lung weight, spleen weight of primary lambs in the G2 group were significantly lower ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ) than those in the G group. The weights of most tissues and organs of lambs in G1 and G2 groups had a tendency to reduce. The results indicate that the adoption of nutritional restrictions in Cele black sheep during late pregnancy, affects the fetal growth and development, wherein the low nutrition group is subject to a greater degree of influence.
