摘要
为了研究热应激条件下饮水中添加"旺仔多"对种公兔精液品质的影响,试验选择10月龄新西兰种公兔40只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理10个重复,每个重复1只,正对照组饲养在环境舒适的环控兔舍,负对照组、试验A组和B组饲养在热应激的环控兔舍,试验A组和B组饮水中分别添加0.5‰、1‰的"旺仔多",试验持续30 d。结果表明:饮水中添加"旺仔多"可以显著提高种公兔射精量、精子活力和精子密度(P<0.05),显著降低精子畸形率和精液丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。说明在种公兔饮水中添加"旺仔多"有助于缓解种公兔热应激,提高精液品质,本试验条件下,"旺仔多"在种公兔饮水中的适宜添加量为0.5‰。
To study the effect of adding ' Wangziduo' to drinking water on semen quality of male rabbit, forty 10 - month - old male New Zeal- and white rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 replicates of one rabbit each, including a positive - control group, a negative - control group, an experimental group A, and experimental group B. The positive - control group was raised in an environmental - controlled rabbit hutch with a comfortable environment, and the other groups were raised in an environmental- controlled rabbit hutch under heat stress candition. 0.5‰ and 1‰ ' Wangziduo' were added to the drinking water in the experimental group A and group B, respectively. And this test lasted for 30 d. The results showed that adding ' Wangziduo' to drinking water could significantly improve ( P 〈 0.05) the ejaculation volume, sperm vitality, and sperm density of male rabbits, while could significantly decrease (P 〈 0.05 ) sperm malformation rate and the content of malondialdehyde of semen of male rabbits. The results indicate that adding ' Wangziduo' to drinking water for male rabbits can help to relieve heat stress of male rabbits, and improve semen quality. Adding 0.5‰ ' Wangziduo' to drinking water is suitable for male rabbits.
