气象灾害预警信号制作、发布与检验一体化平台的开发与建设

Integrated Platform of Meteorologic Disasters for the Production,Distribution and Inspection of Early Warning Signal

该文介绍了与国家气象中心预报系统开放实验室共同开发的基于Micaps网络化平台(简称Web Mi-caps)开发的气象灾害预警信号制作平台,根据省市县三级预警实际需求,开发了预警制作发布功能。基于WEB的省市县三级预警信号制作、发布与检验一体化平台的建设利用Java Script及HTML5实现预警信号的制作模块,通过现有的预警信号高速传真系统实现预警信号传真的快速发布,并集成ftp上传与notes的同步发布。预警信号制作、发布与检验一体化平台,实现了预警信号制作的规范化管理、精确化预警、快速化制作与发布,加快了现代气象业务的集约化与精确化的进度。

This paper introduces the development of the network platform （WebMieaps）, which is based on the Mi- caps network platform（referred to as）. Based on the integration platform of the three levels of WEB in the provinces and cities, the construction of the FTP and the HTML5 and JavaScript are used to realize the early warning signal of the system. The integration platform of the production, distribution and inspection of early warning signal, the stan- dardization management of early warning signal production, accurate early warning, rapid production and distribu- tion, and accelerate the intensive and precise progress of modern meteorological service.
