摘要
通过对梅山钢铁股份有限公司4#高炉减压阀组剧烈振动的原因分析,结合高炉减压阀组改造项目的实践经验,得出在设计中充分考虑气流分布以及管道布置对管道振动的影响并采取适当的措施可以有效控制减压阀组及其组件的振动,使设备长期稳定运行的结论。
Through analysis of severe vibration in the pressure reducing valve set of the No.4 blast furnace in Meishan Steel and based on the experiences in the transformation pro-ject of the pressure reducing valve set, it was concluded that giving full consideration to the effect of piping arrangement and airflow distribution on pipe vibration and taking appropriate vibration control measures in design could effectively control the vibration of reducing valve set and its components, to achieve long-term stable operation of the equipment.
