广汇煤用于电厂锅炉大比例掺烧的探讨及实践

摘要 介绍了某电厂为应对煤源紧张形势,进行锅炉非设计煤种广汇煤的掺烧,通过对广汇煤特性及掺烧难点分析,制订针对性强的燃烧调整技术措施,进行掺烧试验逐步提高掺烧比例,最终使掺烧比例达80%左右,降低了锅炉对设计煤种的依赖性,缓解了动力煤燃用紧张问题。 To cope with the problem of tense coal supply source, the power plant of Ji-uquan Steel blended undersigned Guanghui coal in its boiler combustion. Through analysis of the characteristics and blending difficulties of Guanghui coal, highly specific combustion ad-justment technical measures were established to carry out mixed burning test and gradually increase the proportion of mixed burning up to about 80%, which reduced the dependence of the boiler on designed type of coal and relieved the tension of coal supply.
