摘要
介绍了在一款C波段无线电高度表的设计和研制过程中,温补调频电路的实现方法。通过分析VCO温度特性,设计了合适的补偿电路,实现该C波段无线电高度表在高低温(-45℃~65℃)情况下的工作频率稳定性。通过最终的测试结果,验证了该温补调频电路的实用性。
In the paper a frequency-tuning circuit used in C-Band radio altimeter is designed and implemented. By analyzing the temperature characteristics of the Voltage-Controlled-Oscillator(VCO), a proper temperature compensation circuit is designed. And the test results illustrate that the C-Band radio altimeter this circuit works steadily and keeps high performance in varying temperature(-45℃~65℃), showing the practically usability of the temperature compensation frequency-tuning circuit.
