工业废弃物在生态水泥中的应用进展研究

Development of waste application in eco-cement

首先介绍了生态水泥的概念与特点以及生态水泥产业在国内外的发展情况,然后探讨了废弃物在生态水泥应用中面临的主要问题研究,包括:替代原燃料时需解决的问题,重金属等有害物质的处理,活性混合材料的应用,以及粉磨技术的研究。最后指出生态水泥的发展方向是:进一步加强对可燃性废弃物作为原燃料的研究,并研发更新更节能的工艺设备来降低能耗;进一步杜绝生产过程中的废渣和废气,加强对废弃物中有毒重金属物质的回收。

The definition and characteristics of eco-cement and the development of eco-cement in China and overseas were introduced. The key problems in the research of eco-cement were explored,including problems to be solved when the waste substitutes the original fuels,disposal of heavy metals and injurants,application of active mixed materials,and grinding technology. Finally,the development direction of eco-cement was put forward： strengthening the research of using flammable waste as fuel,developing more energy-saving equipment,puting an end of waste residue and gas further,and strengthening the recovery of heavy metals and poisonous substance in waste.
