高效液相色谱荧光法检测鸡肉中4种氟喹诺酮药物残留

Detection of 4 fluoroquinolone drug residues in chicken by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence

采用高效液相色谱荧光法对鸡肉中环丙沙星、达氟沙星、恩诺沙星、沙拉沙星4种氟喹诺酮类药物残留进行了检测。鸡肉样品加一定量的磷酸缓冲液（pH=7）匀浆提取,离心、固相萃取C18小柱净化,收集洗脱液,经膜过滤,供高效液相色谱分析检测。按样品处理方法对鸡肉样品做添加回收试验,添加浓度分别为：环丙沙星：0.025、0.05、0.10!g/mL,达氟沙星：0.004、0.008、0.016!g/mL,恩诺沙星：0.0205、0.041、0.082!g/mL,沙拉沙星：0.0225、0.045、0.09!g/mL;方法回收率为：78.7%~100.3%;变异系数RSD为：3.86%~4.84%;标准曲线结果：4种组分在浓度为0.025~0.20!g/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.9999。结论：高效液相色谱荧光法同时检测环丙沙星、达氟沙星、恩诺沙星、沙拉沙星4种氟喹诺酮类药物残留方法准确、可靠,符合实验要求。

Abstract： A certain amount of phosphate buffer （PH=7） was added to the chicken sample, after ho- mogenate extraction, centrifugation and purification of solid phase extraction C18 column, collecting eluate, membrane filtration, it could be analyzed. The method recovery was 78.7%-100.3%, the coefficient of RSD was 3.86%-4. 84%. The 4 components in the range of 0. 025-0.20 g/mL were linear, with correla- tion coefficient of 0. 9999. This method is accurate, reliable, and can meet the test requirements.
