摘要
柴油抗爆性测试风量FCD法与ASTM-CFR法对比,具有重复性好,准确性高的特点,精密度统计风量FCD法与ASTM-CFR法无显著性差异。在柴油抗爆性测试风量FCD内插法技术基础上,创新使用风量FCD幂曲线法得到试样十六烷值技术,与风量FCD内插式检测法比差异性小,方法稳定、科学。风量FCD幂曲线法得到试样十六烷值技术的采用,加快了分析检测速度,省去了标准燃料的检测程序,是实现柴油十六烷值检测仪表自动化和在线分析仪表化的理论依据。
The experiment showed that air volume FCD method had good repeatability, high accuracy and the precision statistics was no significant difference between air volume method and compression ratio method. Sixteen alkane value was calculated by using power curve, which could eliminate the standard fuel test procedure and improve the working efficiency.
