摘要 采用自动固相萃取-气相色谱法和自动固相萃取-气质联用法测定了水中10种硝基苯类化合物,并比较了两种方法在实际应用中的优缺点。气相色谱法采用ECD检测器,检出限0.0027~0.051μg/L,工作曲线性响应范围2~500μg/L,萃取液不需要浓缩,脱水后直接定容到10mL,操作相对简单,回收率71.8~127.6%;气质联用法工作曲线范围100~1000μg/L,脱水后的萃取液需要浓缩到1mL,回收率29.4~78.1%,但气质联用法排除干扰能力强。 Ten kinds of nitrobenzene compounds in water were analyzed by gas chromatography with e- lectron capture (GC-ECD) and gas chromatography with mas detector (GC-MS). The detection limits of GC-ECD were from 0. 0027 to 0. 051 μg/L,and the liner ranges were from 2 to 500μg/L. After solid-phase extraction (SPE) and dehydration, the extraction solution volume could be made 10 mL. The recoveries were 71.8% to 127.6%. The liner ranges of GC-MS were 100 to 1000 μg/L and the operation was more complex. The extraction solution was concentrated to 1 mL after dehydration. The recoveries were 29.4% to 78.1%. This method has strong anti-interferenc ability.
