摘要
利用UG软件建立某型农用载货汽车后驱动桥壳三维模型,通过运用ANSYS Workbench软件对驱动后桥壳在4种典型工况下进行等效应力和变形的静态有限元分析。仿真分析得到后驱动桥壳各处在4种典型工况下的应力和位移分布规律,结果表明:后驱动桥壳的强度和刚度均满足要求,为结构的优化设计提供了理论依据。
The three-dimensional model of a farm vehicle drive axle housing is established by UG. The distribution of stress and displacement is analyzed based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS under four work conditions. The Finite Element Analysis is simulated under four typical circumstances to get the results of distribution and defoImation. The results show that the drive axle housing can meet the requirement of strength and deformation. The theoretical base for farm drive axle housing structure improvement and optimum design has been presented.
