高校教学管理创新学术研究

On Innovative Academic Research from the Perspective of Macro-reform in College Teaching Management

中国高等教育管理体系的建设要遵循学术规律,科学地批判和借鉴西方的教育管理理论,并结合中国教育现实创建有特色的管理体系。学术研究视角下高等教育需深化学术理念,不断完善学术管理机制,构建科学宏观的教育教学管理机制。伴随学术研究的深入,高校教学管理还要充分挖掘科研队伍的潜能,提升科研队伍的专业水准。研究表明,高校教学管理宏观改革只有全面实现学术研究理论与实践的融合,才能最大限度地提升高等教育的实践管理水平。

It is necessary to create a distinctive management system by combining following academic rules, criticizing and drawing lessons from western educational management theory, and current situation of Chinese education. Higher education from academic perspective is required to deepen academic ideas, improve academic management mechanism and establish a scientific and macro teaching management system. With the deepening development of academic research, it is still required to fully explore the potential and improve the professional level of research teams. The research shows that only when realizing the integration of academic research theory and practice, can the macro - reform of higher education teaching management be achieved, so as to improve the practical management level of China＇ s higher education.
