欠发达少数民族地区教师队伍建设问题与对策研究

教师队伍建设是欠发达少数民族地区教育现代化的关键,也是这些地区现代化发展的基本要求。目前,欠发达少数民族地区教师队伍建设工作存在各种各样的问题,比如质量、数量、结构、条件设备等层面的问题,严重影响其教育事业的健康发展。加强对欠发达地区教师队伍建设已成为一项非常紧迫的任务。从教育理论与实践发展来看,教师队伍建设是一项系统性很强的工程,有鉴于此,国家层面应该从资金、政策和相关支援措施上入手;欠发达少数民族地区应努力推动该地区的各项基础设施建设,努力发展该地区的经济文化事业,不断改善并提高教师的待遇和条件,增强该地区的吸引力;各学校应从教师的思想政治素质、专业成长、待遇福利、教学设施设备和校园文化、教师文化等着手,努力提高教师工作的积极性和主动性,让教师尽情释放自己的教育能量。

Teaching body construction is not only the key to modernizing the less developed education in regions inhabited by eth- nic groups, but also the fundamental of modernization in these regions. Currently, there are all kinds of problems in teaching body construction. For instance, problems are existed in quality, quantity, structure, condition, equipment and other aspects, which seriously affected healthy development of education. Therefore, strengthening the construction of teaching body in less developed regions has be- come a very urgent task. From the perspective of the development of educational theory and practice, teaching body construction is a systematic project. Thus, at the national level, fund, policy and related support measures should be provided; at the regional level, infrastructure construction should be promoted, economic and cultural undertakings should be developed, treatment and salary to teachers should be improved to enhance the attractiveness ; at the school level, the work should be from the political quality of teachers, profession, welfare, teaching equipment and campus cuhure, culture and other aspects in the struggle for improving teachers＇enthusiasm, in order to let teachers release their education energy.
