北京鸭骨质量性状和屠体性状的相关性研究 被引量:1

Correlation between Bone Quality and Carcass Traits in Pekin Duck

摘要 本试验测定了998只6周龄北京鸭(505公鸭,489母鸭)的体重、体尺性状(龙骨长、胸宽)、屠体性状、胫骨密度(钙盐总量、骨密度)和胫骨强度(骨强度、折断距离),选定其中700只(346只公鸭,354只母鸭)作为有效数据。在体重、体尺性状、胫骨质量和屠体性状相关关系的基础上,以体重、体尺和骨骼性状作为自变量,屠体比例为依变量,进行回归分析。结果表明:6周龄北京鸭胫骨骨密度、钙盐总量、胫骨骨骼强度与体重存在极显著关系(P<0.01);偏相关分析结果显示骨密度与皮脂率、腹脂率均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),钙盐总量与皮脂率、腹脂率均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)并与腿重率间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);建立的8个最优多元回归方程,经F检验回归关系均达极显著水平(P<0.01),表明各方程的变量间存在真实的回归关系,这可为利用骨骼性状来选育北京鸭提供一定参考。 In this study, body weight, body size (keel length, chest width), carcass traits, tibia bone density (mineral content, mineral density) and tibia bone strength (breaking strength, bone toughness) of 998 6-week-old Pekin ducks (505 males, 489 females) were measured, and 700 (346 males, 354 females ) were selected after filtration. The coefficients of correlation between percentages of body component and tibia traits were calculated. The regression analysis was performed, based on the correlations among body weight, body size traits, tibia quality traits and carcass traits. The results showed tibia bone contend, bone density, bone strength of 6-week-old Pekin ducks had significantly positive relation ships with weight (P〈0.01). The result of partial correlation analysis showed mineral density had the significantly positive relation ships with the percentage of the abdominal fat and skin fat (P〈0.01). Mineral content the showed significant negative relation ships with the percentage of the abdominal fat and skin fat (P〈0.01), and had a significant negative relation ships with the percentage of the leg weight (P〈0.01). Eight optimum multiple regression equations that regression relation had reached the remarkable level by the F-test (P〈0.01) were established. The equations provide the reference for Pekin duck breeding by bone quality traits.
