摘要
考虑了抽油杆柱的超长细比及井眼的非线性约束特征,以节点迭代法计算了受油管内壁约束条件下抽油杆柱的空间变形,用搜索迭代法设计了抽油杆柱扶正器位置。结果表明,这种方法能较好地反映出扶正器与抽油杆柱的耦合作用,并能计算出添加扶正器前后抽油杆柱的整体空间构形,给出较为合理的扶正器位置。文章所述方法和结果对确定抽油杆柱的防偏磨措施具有较好的指导作用。
The spatial deformation of sucker rod strings was calculated by the crunode iterative method with the consideration of super thin character of sucker rod and the nonlinear constraint of wellbore. The position of centralizers on sucker rod string was calculated by the iterative search method presented in this paper. The results show that the method can reflect the coupling between sucker rod string and centralizers,and it can calculate the spatial configuration of sucker-rod string with or without centralizers. Thus,the reasonable position of centralizers could be determined by this method. The method proposed in this paper would guide the adoption of eccentric wear preventive measures of sucker rod string effectively.
