摘要
由于海洋钻井的复杂环境和作业条件,要求海洋钻井作业中所使用的用于连接井口与防喷器组之间的伸缩立管能够快速实现安装、拆卸,同时要具有良好的密封性能,避免在钻完井作业中原油渗漏,污染海洋环境。本文介绍了一种新型的气胎由壬密封式伸缩立管,并成功应用于海洋石油281平台上的安装,为后续钻井平台提供了很好的应用借鉴。
Due to the complex offshore environment and drilling operation conditions,the expansion pipe must have fast install & disassemble capacity,good seal capability. The expansion pipe could avoid leaking oil and polluting marine environment in drilling / completion operation. The introduction of newtype expansion pipe in this paper was sealed by pneumatic type unions,which was successfully applied on HYSY281 and provided good reference for the future derrick installation on drilling platform.
