摘要
为满足超深井页岩气钻探技术发展需要,通过对油水比的选择、有机膨润土加量、乳化剂加量、降滤失剂加量、润湿反转剂改性重晶石的加量分析以及抗高温性能评价等,研制出抗高温能达到200℃,密度在2.2g/cm^3以下可调油基钻井液体系。所配制的油基钻井液在实际钻井过程中,能在高于1 500 V的破乳电压、水侵入量为20%以及15%的岩屑携带下,基本维持稳定,满足超深井页岩气钻井工程的需求。
In order to meet the needs of the development of ultra deep well shale gas drilling technology,through the choice of oil-water ratio,organic bentonite added amount,emulsifier added amount,fluid loss agent plus quantity,reverse wetting agent of modified barite and quantity analysis and performance evaluation of the resistance to high temperature,adjustable oilbase drilling fluid system has been developed with high temperature resistance of 200 ℃ and under 2. 2 g / cm3 density. The formulated oil-base drilling fluid can be above the demulsification voltage of 1500 v,water invasion was 20% and 15% of the amount of debris carry. In the actual drilling process,the oilbase drilling fluid system is basically stable,can meet the needs of super deep well shale gas drilling engineering.
