Preventive medicine thoughts in Chinese traditional medicine

中国传统医学蕴含着丰富的预防医学思想和独特的预防疾病的理念,在现代社会特别是生活、工作方式日渐西化而慢性非传染性疾病呈井喷式和低龄化发展趋势的严峻现实面前,中国传统医学中积极的疾病预防思想对促进全民健康和疾病的预防、疾病的转归无疑有积极意义。本文研究了中国传统医学中积极的预防医学观即疾病个体化预防观,遵循自然规律预防疾病的自然观和疾病预防应随时空变化的辨证观以及预防为先、病中防变和愈后防复的预防医学思想,认为这些积极预防的医学思想对全面提高健康水平,促进全民健身运动,指导全民健身活动以及防控慢性非传染性疾病有重大的现实意义和广泛的社会意义。

Containing abundant thoughts of preventive medicine and unique ideas of disease prevention, ＂health preserving＂ is a unique phenomenon and method in Chinese history and culture. In modern society, the way of life and working is increasingly westernized, while chronic non-communicable diseases assume potential of the outbreak and the younger age of onset. Faced with the grim reality, the positive thoughts of disease prevention in Chinese health preserving culture is of positive significance to the disease prevention and prognosis as well as to national health promotion, undoubtedly. This paper focuses on the study on positive preventive medicine theories such as the whole concept of disease prevention, view of nature（acting in accordance with natural law） and dialectical point（disease prevention should be changed with time）, as well as a few thoughts of preventive medicine in health preserving culture, such as prevention first, preventing disease from exacerbating, preventing the recrudescence of disease. These positive preventive medicine thoughts are of great realistic significance and wide social significance to overall improvement of health conditions, pushing forward the citizens＇ health campaign, health-building guidance, prevention and control of non-communicable chronic diseases.
