航空航天临床医学在职培训的教学模式改革初探

Preliminary study on reform of teaching mode in on-the-job training of clinical aerospace medicine

在职培训是提高部队基层医务人员业务素质的基本途径,是保障基层医疗质量的重要环节,与学历教育有本质区别。本文对以往在职培训中存在的问题进行分析,探索并试行新的教学模式,以满足在职培训的需求。

On-the-job training, essentially different from the academic education, is important for the grass-roots medical staff to improve their professionalism and to ensure medical service quality. In this paper, we analyzed the problems in the previous on-the-job training, explored and tried out new teaching mode to meet the needs of on-the-job training.
