The Nuclear Instrumentation System of Ling＇ao Phase II NPP is the first full digital nuclear instrumentation system which was designed by China. This paper introduces the system functions, the general structure, the system design of the digital nuclear instrumentation system of Ling＇ao Phase II NPP. This paper also gives the different points of the digital nuclear instrumentation system of Ling＇ao Phase II NPP compared to that of Ling＇ao Phase INPP.
