放射性蒸残液水泥固化配方研究

摘要 以某设施内放射性废液蒸发处理后产生的蒸残液为源项,对其水泥固化配方进行试验研究。首先检验分析其源项p H值、电导率、含盐量、化学成份、放射性核素和总β的活度浓度等特性,并分别利用冷、热试剂,按照不同配比制作固化样品。在此基础上,对样品的抗压强度、抗冲击性、抗浸泡、抗冻融性及游离液、核素浸出率等7项性能参数进行试验检验。根据试验数据分析结果,筛选确定水泥和蒸残液的最佳配比为0.5。按照确定的配方开展蒸残液水泥固化工程验证结果表明,固化体各项性能参数满足国家标准要求。 The cement solidification formula is researched for the concentrated liquid, which comes from the evaporation process of some low radioactive liquid waste. In the first, the characteristics of the source terms, such as pH, conductivity, chemistry composition, salt contamination, nuclear species and generational 13 activity concentration, are inspected and analyzed. And then, the solidified samples are made using the conventional and radioactive reagent separately. Secondly, seven technical parameters such as resist pressure strength, shock strength, resist infusion strength, resist frozen and melt strength, dissociated liquid volume and nuclear species infusion ratio are tested one by one. The experimental data is analyzed and the optimum ratio of the cement and the concentrated liquid is determined as 0.5. At last, the concentrated liquid cement solidified engineering survey is developed according to the formula mentioned above. The study results indicate that the performances of the solidification body satisfy the national criteria. The cement solidification formula could regard as the reference for the concentrated liquid cement solidified.
