摘要 目的探讨MT技术在房颤患者心脏电影MR检查中的应用价值。方法心功能参数是房颤患者各种治疗效果评估的重要指标。心脏电影MR成像已经成为主要心功能评价方法。结果高场强MR带来较高的时间分辨率,但局部射频能量沉积也大。为避免对受检者潜在危害,常用减小反转角度、延长TR等方法确保将特殊吸收率(SAR)控制在一定范围,从而扫描速度大大减小;此外,3.0T MR层内射频发射场B1均匀性差,质子反转角度不一致可导致图像伪影增多,图像质量下降,特别是对房颤患者更为明显,从而影响了MR在房颤患者心脏成像中的应用。结论高场MR系统中采用多源射频发射技术(multi-transmit technology,MT)对心脏区域进行射频匀场,使影像对比度和均匀性得以改善。
