内蒙古汉族大疱性类天疱疮与HLA-DRB1和DQB1基因相关性分析

Association between HLA-DRB1,DQB1 and Bullous Pemphigoid in Han Nationality from Inner Mongolia

目的探讨内蒙古汉族大疱性类天疱疮与HLA-DRB1和DQB1基因相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物技术(PCR-SSP),检测内蒙古汉族大疱性类天疱疮患者及内蒙古汉族正常人HLADRB1和DQB1基因分型,并统计分析。结果 HLA-DQB1*0301等位基因在大疱性类天疱疮患者组出现频率显著高于对照组(Pc<0.05),HLA-DRB1*16和DQB1*0501等位基因在大疱性类天疱疮患者中出现频率显著低于对照组(Pc<0.05)。结论 HLA-DQB1*0301可能是内蒙古汉族大疱性类天疱疮患者的遗传易感基因,而HLA-DRB1*16和DQB1*0501可能是内蒙古汉族大疱性类天疱疮患者的保护基因。

Objective To study the interrelationship between HLA-DRB1 ,DQB1 and bullous pemphigoid （BP） in the Han nationality in Inner Mongolia. Methods Using high-resolution po!ymerase chain reaction amplification with sequence specific primers （PCR-SSP）, we detected the distribution frequencies of HLA-DRB1, DQB1 al- leles among BP and healthy controls from Han nationality in Inner Mongolia. Results The frequency of HLA-DQB1 ＊ 0301 in cases of BP-group was higher than that in the healthy controls, the different was signifi- cant（ Pc 〈 0. 05） ; HLA-DRB1 ＊ 16, DQB1 ＊ 0501 were decreased in the cases of BP-group （ Pc 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion HLA-DQB1 ＊ 0301 may be the susceptibility gene of the patients with BP in the Han nationali- ty in Inner Mongolia, while HLA-DRB1 ＊ 16 and DQB1 ＊ 0501 may be the protective factors of the patients with BP in the Han nationality in Inner Mongolia.
