摘要
目的评价强脉冲光自动脉冲技术(automatic—pulsetechnology,APT)联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的疗效和安全性。方法将入选的180例黄褐斑患者随机分为三组,各60例,治疗组接受APT联合氨甲环酸治疗,对照1组仅接受APT治疗,对照2组仅接受氨甲环酸治疗。APT治疗1坎/月,5~6次为1个疗程,氨甲环酸胶囊口服,250mg/次,2次/d,疗程6~9个月。疗程结束后6个月比较三组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗组、对照1组和对照2组有效率分别为75.86%,20.34%和43.64%,三组间疗效差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。三组均有个别病例出现轻微不良反应,但均可耐受。结论AP,r联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑可获得较好的临床疗效和安全性,疗效优于单用APT或单用氨甲环酸。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light with automatic-pulse technology (APT) combined with tranexamie acid in the treatment of melasma. Methods One hundred and eighty pa- tients with melasma were randomly divided into three groups. Sixty patients ( control group 1 ) were treated with APT once a month for 5 to 6 times. Sixty patients ( control group 2 ) were treated with tranexamic acid capsule 250rag,two times per day for 6 to 9 months. And 60 patients (treatment group) were treated with APT combined with tranexamic acid. The efficacy and safety were assessed at 6 months post-treat- ment. Results The effective rates in treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2 were 75.86%, 20. 34% and 43.64%, respectively (P 〈 0. 05, between the groups). Minor adverse events occurred in three groups. Conclusion APT combined with tranexamic acid is more effective than APT or tranexamic acid a- lone for melisma, and safe.
