超脉冲CO_2点阵激光及Er:YAG激光治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的疗效比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的比较超脉冲CO_2点阵激光及Er:YAG激光两种设备治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的疗效及安全性。方法 48例面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕患者随机分入超脉冲CO_2点阵激光组及Er:YAG激光组分别治疗,治疗3次为1个疗程,治疗间隔为2个月,疗程结束后3个月进行两组患者疗效及不良反应持续时间的比较。结果治疗3个月后,两组患者有效率、不良反应的持续时间及色素沉着发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_2点阵激光及Er:YAG点阵激光治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕均安全、有效,不良反应轻微。 Objective To evaluate the efficacies and safety of uhrapulse CO2 fractional laser (CO2 FL) and Er: YAG fractional laser(EYFL) in treating atrophic facial acne scars. Methods Forty-eight subjects with moderate to severe atrophic facial acne scars were divided randomly into two groups. Group CO2FL received CO2 frac- tional laser treatment once every two months for 3 times while group EYFL received Er: YAG fractional laser treatment. Three months after last treatment, the efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups. Results Three months after treatment, there was no significant difference in efficacies, duration of side effects, and pigmentation between two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Both uhrapnlse CO2 fractional laser and Er:YAG fractional laser are effective and safe for atrophic facial acne scars.
