摘要
患者女,68岁。双侧脱眉20个月,面、臀、四肢结节6个月。皮损组织病理示:表皮下有一无浸润带,真皮中层及深层弥漫性泡沫样细胞浸润。抗酸染色(4+)。皮肤组织液查菌,BI=4.67。诊断:瘤型麻风。
A 68-year-hid female presented with bilateral eyebrow hair loss for 20 months and multiple nodules on the face, the buttock and the limbs for 6 months. The histopathology of skin lesion showed infiltrate free zone beneath the epidermis,diffuse tbam cells in the middle and deep dermis. Other findings included acid fast slain （ ＋ ） and acid fast bacilli（ I31 = 4.67 ）in the tissue fluid. Diagnose：lepromatous leprosy.
