摘要
二苯甲酰甲烷与37%甲醛水溶液和芳香胺在HCl-C_2H_5OH溶液存在下可直接发生Man-nich反应,得到1-芳氨基-2,2-二苯甲酰乙烷.共合成6个新化合物.产率较高.本文对Mannich碱生成的条件进行了讨论.
Mannich reaction is carried out directly in the presence of ethanolic-hydro chloride solution by using dibenzoylmethane, 37% aqueous formaldehyde solution and arylamine to form 1-arylamino-2,2-dibenzoyl ethane in good yield. Six new compounds are prepared. The conditions of the formation of Mannich bases are discussed.
