骨参舒耳汤结合电针治疗感音神经性耳鸣疗效观察

Effect of gushen shuer decoction combined with acupuncture on sensorineural tinnitus

目的探讨骨参舒耳汤结合电针治疗感音神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法感音神经性耳鸣患者80例,根据随机抽签法分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例,对照组采用西比灵结合谷维素治疗,治疗组采用骨参舒耳汤结合电针治疗,两组患者均30 d为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后观察预后效果。结果治疗组的有效率为97.5%,对照组为85.0%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后组间与组内症状量化积分比较变化明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的正性情绪评分明显提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后正性情绪评分与负性情绪评分组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨参舒耳汤结合电针治疗感音神经性耳鸣有很好的疗效,能改善机体情绪状况,从而缓解症状,具有很好的临床应用优势。

Objective To investigate and observe the effects of gushen shuer decoction combined with acupuncture on sensorineural tinnitus. Methods Eighty sensorineural tinnitus patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 patients in each group,control group was given flunarizine combined with oryzanol treatment,and treatment group was treated with gushen shuer decoction combined with acupuncture treatment,the treatment cycle included 30 d. The prognosis and effect after treatment were observed. Results The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group（ 97. 5% vs. 85%,P〈0. 05）. The symptom integral had no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,after treatment the scores decreased significantly,there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The positive emotion scores in treatment group and control group after treatment were significantly improved,the negative emotion scores significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）,at the same time,there were signficant difference in the positive emotion and negative emotion scores between the two groups after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Gushen shuer decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sensorineural tinnitus has good curative effect,it can improve the body＇s emotional state,so as to alleviate the symptom,and has good clinical advantage.
