晚清至民国天津土地契约探微

A Study on The Land Transaction Contracts of Tianjin in The Period from The Late Qing Dynasty to The Republic of China

本文通过对现存的清至民国时期的土地契约的分析,在前人研究的基础上,把土地交易过程中一些前人还未论及的问题做了一些简单的分析,探讨了天津的永租制、晚清至民国天津土地交易的变化等,试图从土地交易这个侧面,探寻在受到外来压力的冲击、社会急剧转型的情况下传统的土地交易产生的变化,以及土地交易者在这样的情况下的应对方法。

This paper analyzes some problems which were less involved on the basis of previous studies by interpreting the land contracts of Tianjin in the period from the Late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.The change of land transactions in Tianjin and the change of land transactions in the period in Tianjin were discussed.From this aspect to explore the changes of land transactions, land transactions in the traditional sharp transformation under external pressure,impact, social circumstances, and the land owners how to deal with land traders in such circumstances.
