摘要
通过理论计算得出高炉喷吹不同种类废轮胎的置换比,分析了影响置换比的主要因素,包括鼓风富氧率、鼓风温度、氢气利用率、废轮胎灰分和含碳量。氢气利用率和废轮胎含碳量对置换比的影响最大,氢气利用率每提高0.01,置换比提高0.004 7;废轮胎含碳质量分数每提高1%,置换比提高0.001 1。同时指出,B,C,D 3类废轮胎均适合喷吹,A类废轮胎不适合喷吹。
The replacement ratios of different waste tire injections in BF were obtained by theoretical calculation and the main influencing factors of the replacement ratio including rate of oxygen-enriched blast,blast temperature,hydrogen utilization rate,ash content and carbon content in waste tires were analyzed.The hydrogen utilization rate and the carbon content in waste tires influenced the replacement ratio greatly.The replacement ratio would increase by 0.004 7when the hydrogen utilization rate increased0.01 and the replacement ratio would increase by 0.001 1when the carbon content in waste tires increased 1 %.Type B,C and D of waste tires were suitable for injection,but type A was not suitable.
