摘要
采用THERMECMASTOR-Z热/力模拟试验机,对Si-Cr合金弹簧钢在连续冷却过程中组织与显微硬度的变化规律和特征进行了研究,测量了钢的临界相变温度,建立了钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT)。根据试验结果制定了轧后控冷工艺,并应用于生产实践,线材的索氏体化率达到90%以上,具有良好的抗拉强度和拉拔性能。
The change rules and characteristics of the microstructure and the microhardness for Si-Cr alloy spring steel during continuous cooling process were studied on THERMECMASTOR-Z thermo-mechanical simulator.The critical transition temperature was measured and the CCT curve of the spring steel was also built.The controlled cooling process after rolling was formulated based on the experimental results and applied for production.The sorbitizing rate of the wire rod produced came up to over 90 % and the rod had nice tensile strength and drawing properties.
