单机架可逆轧机轧制工艺对耗电量的影响

Influence of rolling process of single stand reversing mill on electricity consumption

摘要 由于不合理的轧制工艺会对设备耗电量产生影响,从而使生产成本增加。通过对某轧钢厂1 050mm单机架可逆轧机的电能进行监测,结合其轧制工艺进行实时数据分析,得出总轧制力、轧制速度等工艺参数对耗电量的影响规律。总轧制力不变时,轧制速度下降较大时,耗电量有6%左右的增加;轧制速度不变时,总轧制力的增加会导致耗电量相应增加。 Improper rolling process would influence the electricity consumption of the equipment and then increase production costs.By monitoring the electric energy of1 050 mm single stand reversing mill in a rolling plant and combining with the rolling process,the real-time data was analyzed and the influence laws of the process parameters such as total rolling force,rolling speed et al on the electricity consumption were obtained. When the total rolling force was invariant and the rolling speed decreased,the electricity consumption would increase about 6 %.When the rolling speed was invariant,increasing of the total rolling force would lead to increasing of the electricity consumption.
