布地奈德、异丙托溴胺与沙丁胺醇联合氧气雾化治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究对喘息性肺炎患儿应用布地奈德、异丙托溴胺与沙丁胺醇联合氧气雾化治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法整群选取88例喘息性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。给予观察组(44例)布地奈德+异丙托溴胺+沙丁胺醇联合氧气雾化治疗的方法,对照组(44例)则使用布地奈德氧气雾化治疗。观察比较两组的治疗效果,包括治疗总有效率、主要临床症状消失时间(肺部湿罗音、咳嗽、肺部哮鸣音消失时间)以及住院时长等。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.18%,高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,观察组的主要临床症状消失时间以及住院时长均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿喘息性肺炎采用布地奈德、异丙托溴胺、沙丁胺醇联合氧气雾化治疗的方式,能有效改善患儿的临床症状,缩短住院时间,临床疗效明显,值得推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxygen atomization inhalation of Budesonide, Ipratropium Bromide and Salbutamol in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic pneumonia so as to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 88 children with asthmatic pneumonia were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each. The observation group was given oxygen atomization inhalation of Budesonide, Ipratropium Bromide and Salbutamol, and the control group was given the atomization inhalation of Budesonide. The treatment effect, including the overall response rate, major clinical symptoms(lung wet rales, cough, wheezing) disappearing time, and length of stay were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had much higher overall response rate(93.18% vs 77.27%), P〈0.05, and obviously shorter major clinical symptoms disappearing time and length of stay, P〈0.05. Conclusion For children with asthmatic pneumonia, oxygen atomization inhalation of Budesonide, Ipratropium Bromide and Salbutamol can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms, shorten the length of stay with obvious clinical curative effect,so it is worth promoting.
