超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术对196例乳腺良性肿瘤切除的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Ultrasound Guided Mammotome Minimally Invasive Surgery for Breast Benign Tumor Resection: an Analysis of 196 Cases

目的探讨超声引导下麦默通旋切术对良性乳腺肿瘤治疗的临床效果。方法整群选取该院2012年6月—2014年12月收治的196例乳腺良性肿瘤患者分为两组,观察组采用超声引导下麦默通旋切术治疗,对照组采用常规切除手术治疗,分析比较两组患者手术时长、住院天数、术中出血量、术后并发症、病灶切除及满意度等情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、住院天数及术中出血量情况均优于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者肿瘤病灶切除及满意度好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组术后并发症上差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论超声引导下麦默通旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤安全性高、手术和住院时间短、康复快、出血量少、术后瘢痕小、患者满意度高,具有较好的临床效果,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery for breast benign tumor resection. Methods 196 patients with breast benign tumor in our hospital during June 2012 and December 2014 were divided into observation group and control group, respectively adopting ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery and conventional resection. The duration of operation and hospitalization, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications, lesion resection and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of operation and hospitalization, intraoperative blood loss, as well as lesion resection and satisfaction, were better in the observation groups than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, but there was no statistically significant difference between the postoperative complications（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery is worthy of promotion in the treatment of benign breast tumor because of its higher safety, shorter duration of operation and hospitalization, quick recovery,less blood loss, fewer scars and higher satisfaction.
