在胸部手术中临床应用全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉的效果探讨

Observation on Effect of General Anesthesia Combined with Epidural Anes-thesia Applied in Thoracic Operation

目的探讨对于行胸部手术的患者给予其全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉的临床疗效。方法整群选取在2014年5月1日—2014年12月1日之间前来该院进行胸部手术的168例患者,依据其入院时间的先后顺序,随机分成对照组和实验组,每组有84例,对照组采用单纯全身麻醉术,实验组采用全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉,评估两组常规指标和麻醉情况。结果对照组患者术中和术后各项指标变化幅度较大,同时对照组患者的吸入麻醉药物用量为(33.5±4.2)m L、术中睁眼时间为(9.38±3.42)min和语言功能恢复时间为(17.68±6.41)min,均明显高于实验组的(16.3±2.1)m L、(6.02±2.14)min、(9.46±4.21)min。两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论对于实施胸外科手术中全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉的效果较好,安全性更高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for patients undergoing thoracic operation. Methods 168 patients who underwent thoracic operation in our hospital between May 1, 2014 and December 1, 2014 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the admission time with 84 in each group. Single general anesthesia and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia was performed for them respectively.Conventional indexes and performing states of anesthesia were evaluated. Results Of the control group, the conventional indexes changed a lot during and after operation, what＇s more, its amounts of anesthetic drugs, duration of opening eyes on verbal command, duration of Language function recovery was（33.5±4.2）mL,（9.38±3.42）min,（17.68±6.41）min, obviously higher than those of the experimental group（16.3 ±2.1）mL,（6.02±2.14）min,（9.46±4.21）min, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for patients undergoing thoracic operation has good effect and high safety.
