乳腺癌改良根治术和标准乳腺癌根治术的疗效对比

Modified Radical Mastectomy versus Standard Radical Mastectorny for Breast Cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术与标准乳腺癌根治术临床效果的对比。方法随机选取2012年1月—2014年10月该院收治的100例乳腺癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组行标准乳腺癌根治术,而观察组则采用乳腺癌改良根治术,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组治疗效果类似,观察组生存率为90%而对照组的生存率为92%,两组生存率差异无统计学意义。但观察组术后并发症发病率(18%)远远小于对照组(44%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术较标准乳腺癌根治术在乳腺癌治疗效果相似,但能有效减轻治疗的负面作用,有着积极的临床意义。

Objective To compare the effect of modified radical mastectomy with that of standard radical mastectorny in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods 100 patients with breast cancer admitted in our hospital between January 2012 and October 2014 were randomized into observation group and control group with 50 in each, in which modified radical mastectomy and standard radical mastectorny was performed respectively. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effects of the two groups were similar, and there was no statistically significant difference between the survival rate of the observation group and the control group： 90% vs 92%. However the incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group,18%, was much lower than that of the control group, 44%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified radical mastectomy has the similar therapeutic effects with standard radical mastectomy in the treatment of breast cancer,but it is of positive clinical significance in effectively reducing the postoperative complications.
