以社团为载体创新资助育人工作的路径探索

Approaches to the New Model of Funded Education with Community as the Carrier

资助育人是高校的重点工作,也是常规工作。当前高校对贫困生的资助主要从经济方面入手开展,但研究贫困生的心理现状,从更深层面来分析思考发现,贫困生们更为需要的是自信心的树立和职业能力的培养,而以高校社团为载体,依托社团活动,拓宽社团工作思路,建立"自主、自助"的社团活动方式,从新的角度更全面地培养贫困生,这是资助育人工作的创新模式。

Educating people funded is an important and ordinary task in colleges. The current funding forthe students with financial difficulties is mainly carried out from the economic aspects, but the study on theirpsychological status shows, from a deeper perspective, that such students are in the greater need to cultivatetheir self-confidence and improve their professional abilities. It is the innovation model to take the universitycommunity as the carrier, rely on the university community activities, broaden the idea of community work, es-tablish a new community activity manner of＂independence and self-help＂, and cultivate those students morecomprehensively from a new perspective.
