摘要
通过立足企业现状,分析企业绩效管理中存在的问题,吸收先进的绩效管理考核方法,构建了与企业实际情况相适应的量化考核积分管理体系。充分调动员工的积极性和创造性,持续提高绩效水平。
Based on present situation of enterprises, this paper analyzes problems in performance evaluation management, absorbs advanced performance evaluation management methods, establishes the performance evaluation management and equips with effective incentive mechanism to fully arouse the staffs enthusiasm and creative potential,continuously improves the level of performance.
