结合目前煤矿的实际,介绍了人力资源和企业文化的概念,同时分析了人力资源和企业文化存在的问题,并提出了煤矿改善这一情况的措施。
This paper introduces the concept of human resources and corporate culture, combined with the actual current mines, it focuses on the human resources and corporate culture problems and improvement measures are proposed for coal mine in this situation.
