臭氧液联合阴道放药治疗阴道炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of ozone liquid in the treatment of vaginitis

目的:探讨臭氧液联合阴道放药治疗和常规阴道给药两种方法治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法:选取2014年1月至2014年12月在乌海市妇幼保健院接受治疗的阴道炎患者200例为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组100例采用臭氧液联合阴道放药治疗,1次/d,疗程3 d;对照组100例采用传统的阴道放药治疗,1次/d,疗程3 d,观察和对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗3 d后,观察组的症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阴道炎治疗中应用臭氧液,可缩短治疗时间,患者容易接受,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of vaginitis by using ozone liquid combined with intrav-aginal administration and the conventional intravaginal administration. Methods：200 cases of vaginitis treated in Wuhai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 100 patients in each group. The observation group and the control group were treated with ozone liquid combined with intravaginal admin-istration and the conventional intravaginal administration once per day for a period of 3 days respectively, with the efficacy compared be-tween the two groups. Results：After three days of treatment, the time for the relief of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference being significant （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions：The efficacy of the treatment of vaginitis by using o-zone liquid combined with intravaginal administration is better than that of conventional intravaginal administration and is more easily ac-cepted by the patients, which is worth promoting in clinical use.
