单操作孔电视胸腔镜手术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌根治术59例报道 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨电视胸腔镜技术非小细胞肺癌治疗的临床意义,为电视胸腔镜下解剖性肺叶切除和系统性淋巴结清扫提供临床病例数据。方法:总结59例明确诊断的早期非小细胞肺癌治疗的临床学资料,对围手术期指标进行统计分析,其中包括:手术切口、手术时间、术中出血量、引流时间、术后总引流量、淋巴结清扫数、术后并发症等进行记录并统计。结果:所有患者手术均顺利完成,围手术期无死亡病例,术后无肺炎、房颤、心肌梗死及再次手术的病例。切口长度为(4.89±0.66)cm,手术时间(207.50±38.58)min,术中出血量(177.60±15.53)m L,总引流量为(996.90±64.03)m L,胸引管留置时间(6.92±3.98)d,清扫淋巴结(12.26±3.93)枚,标本病理类型腺癌49例,鳞癌10例,有2例肺部感染及1例切口感染并发症出现,发生率为5.08%。结论:非小细胞肺癌根治术中,与传统开放性开胸手术数据相比较,电视胸腔镜技术具有切口小,出血少,肺叶切除率高,改善预后及并发症少的特点,是非小细胞肺癌首选的手术治疗方式。
